The amount of natural and semi-synthetic polymers is greater than the amount of synthetic polymers in the total composition. At least one semi-synthetic polymer and optionally at least one natural polymer are present in an amount of 30-50 wt.% total composition. The complexing agent is present in an amount of 10-50 wt.% total composition.
