PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of accurately and uniformly fertilizing by a simple measuring method.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: a travelling body 2 which travels in a field a seedling planting part 4 disposed in the travelling body 2 for planting seedlings in the soil a fertilizing device 5 which discharges a fertilizer to the soil from a fertilization guide 63 disposed in the front of the travelling body 2 from the seedling planting part 4 a pair of right and left detectors 71a disposed in right and left travelling wheels 10 disposed in the front of the travelling body 2 from the fertilization guide 63 to be plunged into the soil a fertilizer concentration sensor 71 for detecting the concentration of fertilizer in the soil by detecting the electric resistance or electric conductivity between the detectors 71a a control device 72 for changing the quantity of application of the fertilizer by the fertilizing device 5 based on data detected by the fertilizer concentration sensor 71 and a temperature sensor 73 for detecting the temperature of the soil.
