Provided in the present invention are a composition for treating a wound, comprising peptide fragments or small peptides derived from a fibroblast growth factor (FGF)； and a composition for inhibiting skin aging or skin wrinkle formation. The peptide activates a fibroblast growth factor acceptor to induce synthesis of collagen, and has an activity of growing dead cells and promoting angiogenesis of the skin.
