A hand mounted system is disclosed. The hand mounted system comprises a physiological signal sensor, a signal process circuit, a memory, an application processor, and an eyeglass frame. The physiological signal sensor monitors a physiological status to output a physiological signal. The signal process circuit determines whether the physiological status is abnormal. The signal process circuit controls the physiological signal sensor monitor the physiological status by a first monitor frequency when the physiological status is normal. The signal process circuit controls the physiological signal sensor monitor the physiological status by a second monitor frequency when the physiological status is abnormal. The second monitor frequency is higher than the first monitor frequency. The application processor receives an alarm signal and stores physiological data corresponding to the physiological signal to the memory.
