PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device and image display method easily searching the frame of intravascular ultrasonic moving images obtained by photographing a region of interest within angiographic moving images.SOLUTION: The intravascular ultrasonic moving images, angiographic moving images, voice data including the name of the region of a photographing position projected in the frame of the intravascular ultrasonic moving images, and anatomical data indicating the traveling pattern of a blood vessel and information indicating the respective regions of the blood vessel are prestored. The designated region is detected from the voice data, the frame of the intravascular ultrasonic moving images photographed when the region is designated is detected and the detected region and the frame are related. The anatomical data are fitted to the angiographic moving images and the regions of respective regions projected in the angiographic moving images are specified. The frame of the intravascular ultrasonic moving images related to the specified region for the region specified in an operation means is displayed at a display means.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】アンギオ動画像内の注目領域を撮影した血管内超音波動画像のフレームを簡単に頭出しすることのできる画像表示装置及び画像表示方法を提供する。【解決手段】血管内超音波動画像、アンギオ動画像、血管内超音波動画像のフレームに映る撮影位置の部位の称呼を含む音声データ、及び血管の走行パターンとその血管の各部位を示す情報とを示す解剖学データとを予め記憶しておく。音声データから称呼された部位を検出し、その部位が称呼されたときに撮影されていた血管内超音波動画像のフレームを検出し、当該検出された部位とフレームとを関連づけする。アンギオ動画像には解剖学データを当てはめて、アンギオ動画像に映る各領域の部位を特定する。操作手段で指定された領域に対して特定された部位に関連づけられた血管内超音波動画像のフレームを表示手段に表示させる。【選択図】図4
