A wheelchair combination device of a wheelchair carrier is adapted to be mounted to a manual wheelchair. The wheelchair combination device includes a main frame adapted to be secured on the wheelchair carrier, wherein a longitudinal moving space is defined in the main frame. A moving seat is movably received in the moving space and reciprocally moved in the moving space. A rod is horizontally secured on the moving seat and extends through the moving space. The rod has two opposite ends each having and engager movably received therein. The two engagers are reciprocally moved relative to the rod and selectively engaged to side frames of the manual wheelchair for combining the manual wheelchair and the wheelchair carrier. An adjusting device is connected to the rod.
