PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing and storage device that can safely house a fishing tackle such as jig fishing and can reliably store it, and can facilitate washing crampons, etc.SOLUTION: A body substrate 1 is provided which is formed of top and bottom notch recesses 1a, 1b on upper and lower parts, respectively. A main fishing line 31 is wound between the top and bottom notch recesses 1a, 1b. Each end of the main fishing line 31 is locked in a plurality of locking slits 1c provided at one side part and upper and lower parts of the body substrate 1. The depth of the top and bottom notch recesses 1a, 1b and the shortest width from a wound portion to the top and bottom notch recesses 1a, 1b to the side edge of the body substrate 1 have a length exceeding the length from a connection portion with the main fishing line 31 of a branch fishing line 36 of a fishing tackle to a crampon 34 of the tip of the branch fishing line 36 or the tip of a skin 35.
