The present invention relates to a wheelchair dynamic sitting system including a seat assembly and an airbag assembly. The seat assembly includes a seat and a seat back. Wherein, the seat back is installed on the seat, and the inferior angle between the seat and the seat back is greater than 90 DEG but less than 110 DEG. The airbag assembly is installed at the seat assembly and includes an air pump, a femur bone adjusting airbag and a lumbar vertebrae adjusting airbag. The inflation of the femur bone adjusting airbag enables the users thigh to lift to transfer pressure to the front end of leg and the inflation of the lumbar vertebrae adjusting airbag allows the users lumbar vertebrae to push forwards to relieve the pressure of the waist.
