The planting device also comprises an overflow pipe (10) provided to the water storage section (8) and discharging the planting water (W) exceeding a predetermined height. A drain section (20a) having water discharge ability lower than the speed of supply of the water by the water supply means (30) is provided at the bottom surface of the water storage section (8).
