PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horticultural binder capable of preventing a cutting blade from being broken or dropping, even when an object to be bound or the like is erroneously pinched at a tip of an arm.SOLUTION: A horticultural binder comprises: a main handle 11 allowing a tape 60 to be pulled out from a tip part 11a； a clincher arm 30 rotatably attached to the main handle 11； a tape gripping device 35 disposed at a tip part 30a of the clincher arm 30, capable of gripping an end part of the tape 60 pulled out from the tip part 11a of the main handle 11； and a cutting blade 17 disposed at the tip part 11a of the main handle 11, for cutting the tape 60 after binding an object S to be bound.
