PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating nasal polyps. A pharmaceutical composition comprising an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to interleukin-4 receptor (IL-4R). The antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises heavy and light chain CDR sequences from a particular sequence heavy chain variable region (HCVR) and light chain variable region (LCVR) sequence pair. The subject has one or more of sinusitis, rhinitis, asthma, aspirin hypersensitivity, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) hypersensitivity, or is undergoing surgery for nasal polyps. The subject has chronic rhinosinusitis. The antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is administered at a dose of 0.1 mg to 600 mg. [Selection diagram] None【課題】鼻茸を処置する方法の提供。【解決手段】インターロイキン－４受容体（ＩＬ－４Ｒ）に特異的に結合する抗体またはその抗原結合断片を含む医薬組成物。抗体またはその抗原結合断片は、特定の配列の重鎖可変領域（ＨＣＶＲ）および軽鎖可変領域（ＬＣＶＲ）配列対由来の重鎖および軽鎖ＣＤＲ配列を含む。対象は、静脈洞炎、鼻炎、喘息、アスピリン過敏症、非ステロイド性抗炎症薬（ＮＳＡＩＤ）過敏症のうちの１つもしくはそれ以上を有するか、または鼻ポリープのための手術を受けている。対象は、慢性鼻副鼻腔炎を有する。抗体またはその抗原結合断片は、０．１ｍｇ～６００ｍｇの用量で投与される。【選択図】なし
