PURPOSE: A medical hybrid sterilization washing apparatus and a sterilization washing method using the same are provided to wash medical devices using a supersonic vibration element. CONSTITUTION: A medical hybrid sterilization washing apparatus comprises a chamber body(10), a vacuum chamber(20), a washing unit(30), a first sterilization processing unit(40), a second sterilization processing unit(50), and a drying unit(60). The chamber body is sealed on all sides, is formed with a door on the front thereof, and comprises an operation unit. A vacuum pump is installed in the bottom of the inside of the chamber body. An accommodating chamber is fixed in the washing unit. A plurality of supersonic vibration elements are installed in the bottom of the accommodating chamber. A plasma generator is installed in the first sterilization processing unit. A radiation radiator is installed in the second sterilization processing unit.본 발명은 방사성 동위원소를 활용한 의료용 하이브리드 멸균세척장치 및 이를 이용한 멸균세척방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 세척 및 멸균처리 하기 위한 의료기구, 의료용품 및 실험용품 등을 투입한 후, 세척수단(30)인 초음파진동소자(32)에 의해 세척하고, 제1멸균처리수단(40)인 과산화수소 플라즈마 및 제2멸균처리수단(50)인 RI(방사선 동위원소 Co-60(코발트) 또는 Cs-137(세슘))에 의한 멸균처리 기능을 통합적으로 수행할 수 있도록 한 방사성 동위원소를 활용한 의료용 하이브리드 멸균세척장치 및 이를 이용한 멸균세척방법에 관한 것이다.
