PURPOSE: A dosing apparatus is provided to improve the precision of a liquid dosing apparatus especially when liquid is high viscosity or half-liquid and half-solid phase. CONSTITUTION: A dosing apparatus comprises a cylinder(30) and an upper disk(11). The cylinder forcibly transfers target dosing liquid. The upper disk is connected at the front end of the cylinder. A conical protrusion part is formed at the bottom of the disk. The liquid transferred by the cylinder is dosed in an inflow hole. A lower disk is coupled at the bottom of the upper disk. A conical recessed part is formed at the top of the lower disk. The inner diameter of the top of the recessed part is larger than the outer diameter of the protrusion part of the upper disk. A space between the protrusion part and the recessed part is Multiple through-holes for communicating a space between the protrusion part and the recessed part with the outside are radially formed. The liquid is sprayed to nozzles(24) through the through-holes after being spread to a space between the exterior of the protrusion part of the upper disk and the interior of the recessed part of the lower disk.본 발명은 액상체(液狀體)를 등량(等量)으로 분류(分流)하여 주입하는 분주(分注)장치에 관한 것으로, 저면에 상광하협(上廣下狹)의 원추형 돌출부(12)가 형성된 상반(11) 및 상면에 상광하협의 원추형 요입부(22)가 형성된 하반(21)이 액상체를 압송하는 실린더(30)에 연결되고, 돌출부(12)와 요입부(22) 사이의 공간과 외부를 연통하는 다수의 통공(23)이 형성되어, 실린더(30)에서 압송된 액상체가 다수의 통공(23)으로 정량(定量) 분류될 수 있도록 한 것이다.본 발명을 통하여 액상체 분주장치의 정밀도를 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 특히 고점성 액체 또는 반액반고상(半液半固狀)의 액상체에 대한 분주 정밀도를 제고할 수 있다.
