The container (1) comprises an interior space (2) and one stent passage opening (20； 20'). A distal end (21) of the outer tube (6) is connected to the stent passage opening (20； 20'). An insertion part of ring-like shape is located at the stent passage opening (20； 20'). The inner shaft (4) extends through the insertion part and comprises a retainer (5) for preventing the stent-like device (3) from axial movement relative to the inner shaft (4). When the stent-like device (3) is stored in the interior space (2) of the container, a proximal end of the stent-like device is compressed to a diameter smaller than a diameter of the insertion part and is held radially compressed by the insertion part.
