A nasal splint and applicator assembly has a handle (27), a pair of arms (19,17) extending from the handle and a nasal splint (2, 3) removably attached to each of the arms. A line of weakness (21, 23) allows removal of the splint from the arms. The handle and arms form a substantially Y shape with the handle being the base of the Y shape and the arms forming the wings of the Y shape.
