A method of synchronizing a user's biosignal data received from a plurality of measurement devices is provided, including: transmitting a time set command to each of the plurality of measurement devices； receiving the user's first biosignal data from each of the plurality of measurement devices, the first biosignal data including a time axis and the time axis including a measurement start time and a measurement termination time； comparing the measurement start time and the measurement termination time with a standard time； and generating second biosignal data from corrected first biosignal data, corrected by referring to the standard time, when the comparison results in an error； and synchronizing a plurality of the second biosignal data and generating third biosignal data, wherein each of the plurality of measurement devices receives the time set command and generates the first biosignal data. 본 발명은 복수의 측정 단말기로부터 수신된 생체 신호 데이터를 병합하는 방법 및 그 방법을 채용한 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 복수의 측정 단말기로부터 제1 생체 신호 데이터를 수신하여 오차 포함 여부를 판단하고, 오차가 포함된 경우, 이를 보정하여 제2 생체 신호 데이터를 생성한 후, 복수의 제1 생체 신호 데이터를 병합하여 생체 신호의 분석이 가능한 제3 생체 신호 데이터를 생성하는 방법 및 그 방법을 채용한 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 복수의 측정 단말기로부터 수신된 사용자의 생체 신호 데이터를 병합하는 방법은 상기 복수의 측정 단말기 각각으로 시간 설정 명령을 전송하는 단계, 상기 복수의 측정 단말기 각각으로부터 상기 사용자의 제1 생체 신호 데이터를 수신하는 단계- 상기 제1 생체 신호 데이터는 시간 축을 포함하고, 상기 시간 축은 측정 시작 시간 및 측정 종료 시간을 포함함-, 상기 측정 시작 시간 및 측정 종료 시간을 표준 시간과 비교 판단하는 단계, 및 상기 비교 판단 결과 오차가 있는 경우, 상기 표준 시간을 참조하여 상기 제1 생체 신호 데이터를 보정한 제2 생체 신호 데이터를 생성하는 단계, 및 복수의 상기 제2 생체 신호 데이터를 병합하여 제3 생체 신호 데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 측정 단말기는 상기 시간 설정 명령을 수신하여 상기 제1 생체 신호 데이터를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
