The present invention relates to a syringe-shaped tool for operating a filler. The tool comprises: a needle (110) including a capillary tube body having a front end sealed by a curved surface to be safely inserted in skin tissue, having a feeding hole (111) formed in a side surface of the outer diameter part thereof, and coupled with a discharging hole (141) of a syringe through a tip (112) integrally formed in a rear end thereof； an insertion unit (121) disposed in the inner diameter part of the needle (110) through the feeding hole (111)； and an imbedding (120) integrally formed with an exposing unit (122) disposed in the outside of the needle (110), inserted together with the needle (110) in skin tissue, and existing in the hypoderm for a particular period of time.
