The present invention relates to a liquid circulation type double pipe lamp installed in sauna or the like which comprises: an infrared lamp for radiating far-infrared rays and near-infrared rays； a lamp protection member for supplying power to the infrared lamp, and providing sealing force for preventing leakage of liquid circulating outside the infrared lamp； a liquid flow means for circulating the liquid to the outer surface of the infrared lamp； and a lamp housing detachably coupled to the infrared lamp, the lamp protection member, and the liquid flow means. The liquid flow means includes: a liquid lamp having the infrared lamp embedded therein, and allowing the liquid to flow therein； a liquid transfer pipe connected to both sides of the liquid lamp, and supplying and circulating the liquid by driving a circulation tank； a sealing case detachably coupled to the lamp protection member； a connection member connecting the liquid lamp and the liquid transfer pipe； and a leakage prevention means for preventing the leakage of the liquid provided to the liquid lamp.
