The disclosure provides a method of treating a malignant rhabdoid tumor in a subject in need thereof including administering to the subject a therapeutically-effective amount of (S)-N-hydroxy-2-(2-(4-methoxyphenyl)butanamido)thiazole-5-carboxamide and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
