PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed coating agent, a seed coating method and a coating agent coated seed in which the dust generation in the seed coating is reduced, and the detachment of iron powder coating is reduced and the aggregation and multi-grain of seeds are hard to occur, in a seeding process, a transportation process, and also in the seeding device.SOLUTION: A seed coating agent concerning the present invention contains iron powder, and a binder using sulfate and/or chloride as a main material. The seed coating agent is used for coating a seed surface with multiple coating layers, and includes a first coating agent for use in the inside coating layer among the coating layers and a second coating agent for use in an outer-most layer.
