According to the present invention, the sterilization spoon case includes: a body part storing spoons and chopsticks； a cover part removably combined with the upper part of the body part； and a sterilization device attached to the cover part. The sterilization device includes: a rechargeable battery supplying power to the sterilization device； a light emission diode or ultraviolet lamp emitting ultraviolet rays； a control part controlling power on/off； a sensor part sensing whether the body part and the cover part are attached； and a storage part storing information about a time when the sensor part senses whether the body part and the cover part are attached. The light emission diode or ultraviolet lamp is attached to the sterilization device to emit ultraviolet rays to the lower part of the body part when the cover part is attached on the upper part of the body part. If the sensor part senses attachment between the body part and the cover part, the control part controls the rechargeable battery to supply power to the sterilization device, and controls the light emission diode or ultraviolet lamp to emit ultraviolet rays for a predetermined time.
