PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of firmly drawing out seedlings from a seedling panel and transplanting them into a growth panel without deforming the spongy part of seedling root part remarkably. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter has stoppers 13 for regulating an interval between fingers when chucks grasp a seedling and needles 14 for being stuck to the spongy part A of seedling root part when chucks grasp the seedling in a finger part 9 of a chuck part for transplanting seedlings taken out from a seedling panel into a growth panel. The deformation of the spongy part A is prevented by the stoppers 13 and it is possible to stably retain a seedling while preventing the dropout of the seedling by the needles 14.
