PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick which is quickly reset to close the leg part for recovering a stick form and self-stands by opening the leg part by simple handling by a single hand of a handicapped or aged person with a benumbed hand.
SOLUTION: In this non-toppling stick, a vertically movable body with a grip is fit outside a stick body, a pushing-up spring is set therebetween, a plurality of inverse chevron shape legs with a turning-over function are rotatably set on the lower part outer ring, and transmission shafts are connected vertically movable and angle-changeable between the turning-over end and an intermediate outer ring. When the grip is pushed the vertically movable body and the intermediate outer ring go down the pushing-up spring contracts transmission shafts and turning-over ends of the inverse chevron shape legs go down operating together a plurality of the grounding ends on the contrary inversely rotate and go up struggling in three-sides a fastening metal with a ring spring presses and fasten them and the stick recovers a stick shape in quick resetting. When a button is pressed, the fastening metal with ring is disengaged to energize the pushing-up spring to push up the intermediate outer ring and the vertically movable body the transmission shafts and the turning over ends of the inverse chevron shape turning over operating together and a plurality of grounding ends inversely rotate struggling in three-sides, go down, and open to become self-standing. The non-toppling stick is quickly reset by a single hand handling and kept self-standing without toppling down.
