PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wake-up device that can improve feeling of awakening of a user.SOLUTION: A wake-up device includes: a vibration sensor 1 for detecting vibration without contact and generating electrical charge a charge amplifier unit 2 for converting current from the electrical charge generated by the vibration sensor 1 into a voltage signal a filter part 3 for extracting component for detecting a body motion of a user 20 from the voltage signal converted by the charge amplifier unit 2 a body motion detecting part 4 for detecting the body motion of the user 20 in accordance with variation of the component extracted by the filter part 3 a control unit 8 for controlling a stimulation generating part 7 a clock part 5 and a wake-up time setting part 6 that can set a wake-up time.
