PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of creating event data using data having relevancy among pieces of data acquired by a plurality of devices.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 being an event creation device includes: an association part 103 that associates an image 121 acquired by the imaging device 100 with coordination data that coordinates with the image 121 acquired among pieces of data acquired by an information acquisition device 200 being a different device from the imaging device 100； an event creation part 105 that creates event data 130 including the image 121 and the coordination data associated by the association part 103； and an event creation part 105 that creates event data 130 including the image 121 and the coordination data associated by the association part 103.
