PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables a mobile device with wheels to be easily moved in a direction desired by a user.SOLUTION: A mobile device includes a base 20, moving wheels (e.g. one-way wheels 40), and a restriction mechanism 46. The base 20 has a loading surface for being loaded with an object. The moving wheels are mounted in different positions on a back surface 24 on the opposite side of the loading surface of the base 20, respectively.
