The present invention relates to an aquarium plant pot which enables convenient planting, transferring and cleaning of an aquarium plant. The aquarium plant pot comprises: a planting seat for providing a seat for planting of a plant； a wall structure for protecting the planting seat from external force； and a weight acting as a uniform gravity on the plant pot. The planting seat consists of one of dried plant debris or sponge, and the wall structure is configured such that either a second wall structure serves as the weight, or a weight with a large specific gravity is embedded in the wall structure to provide a predetermined weight. Traditionally, planting of a plant follows the following sequence: digging the ground material； placing the roots of the plant in the dug hole； covering the roots with soil； and compacting the soil by stepping thereon.
