To provide a combined preparation for treating cancer.SOLUTION: A combined preparation contains: (a) LAG-3 protein or a derivative thereof which can bind to an MHC class II molecule； and (b) a platinum-based anti-malignant tumor agent or an anti-malignant tumor agent being a topoisomerase I inhibitor. A method for treating cancer using a combined preparation is also described.
