PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snore prevention instrument capable of preventing a mouth from opening while sleeping and preventing snores.SOLUTION: A snore prevention instrument includes: a locking member 3 which is formed roughly in a U shape and disposed along a dentition so as to cover the back side of teeth and protective parts 5 and 5 which are consecutively connected to both right and left ends of the locking member 3 and cover the occlusal surface of right and left molars. The protective part 5 includes: a first lower side piece 10 consecutively connected to both right and left ends 3a and 3a of the roughly belt-like locking member 3 a plate-like piece 11 extending from an upper end of the first lower side piece 10 to the outer side in a right-left direction an upper side outer piece 13 and a lower side outer piece 15 extending upwards and downwards in a rectangular plate shape from the end on the outer side in the right-left direction of the plate-like piece 11 and an upper side inner piece 17 extending upwards in the rectangular plate shape from the end on the inner side in the right-left direction of each plate-like piece 11.
