PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure rigidity and to suppress the increase of thickness regardless of components around a connection end part connected and fixed to an intramedullary nail, in an attaching device of the intramedullary nail.
SOLUTION: The attaching device 10 of the intramedullary nail includes the connection end part 11 provided with an end side part 11a connected and fixed to the intramedullary nail 1, and an extension part 12 bent from the proximal end side part 11b of the connection end part to one side and extended. The connection end part has a member housing hole 11d with a distal end opening at the end side part and a tool operation hole 12a communicating with the member housing hole from the proximal end side and opened on the outer surface 12b of the extension part passing through in the direction of being inclined to the side of the extension part relative to the axis 11x of the member housing hole. The proximal end side of the member housing hole is closed excluding the tool operation hole, and a connection member 15 provided with a distal end part connected to the intramedullary nail through the distal end opening and a proximal end part with a tool engaging structure engaged with a tool is housed inside the member housing hole so as to perform a connecting operation.
