PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential structure that enhances use efficiency of a space, and thereby obtains an enhanced added value.SOLUTION: The residential structure comprises: a lighting unit 1 provided under a floor, which has a light source 10 for emitting light having a wavelength that affects the growth of a plant and also a reflection board 2 provided at a proper angle, which reflects the light emitted from the light source 10.
