PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral-route preparation of acid-sensitive benzimidazole and additionally provide a pharmaceutical preparation that can properly retain the effective concentration of the benzimidazole in blood and tissues.SOLUTION: The objective pharmaceutical preparation comprises a plurality of pellets having the layer including inactive nuclei and active ingredients, one or more intermediate layers containing at least modified releasing mechanism and the outer layer having the enteric coating.
