The present invention relates to a massage device having a pulsed electromagnetic field therapy effect by providing pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) at a predetermined frequency band during massage by installing a PEMF generator to a massage unit configured to perform massage while moving along a body of a user, wherein the massage device having the PEMF therapy effect according to the present invention comprises: a massage unit installed in the massage device to massage the body of the user； the PEMF generator installed in the massage unit and generating the PEMF by an external power source； and a controller controlling operation of the PEMF generator by applying power to the PEMF generator.본 발명은 사용자의 신체를 따라 이동하면서 안마를 수행하도록 구성된 안마유닛에 펄스 전자기장 발생기를 설치하여 안마를 시행하는 동안 소정 주파수 대역의 펄스 전자기장(PEMF； Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field)을 제공함으로써 펄스 전자기장 치료 효과를 갖게 한 안마기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 펄스 전자기장 치료 효과를 갖는 안마기는, 안마기에 설치되어 사용자의 신체를 안마하는 안마유닛과； 상기 안마유닛에 설치되며, 외부에서 인가되는 전원에 의해 펄스 전자기장을 발생시키는 펄스 전자기장 발생기와； 상기 펄스 전자기장 발생기에 전원을 인가하여 펄스 전자기장 발생기의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
