PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight pulse rate measuring instrument with high precision.SOLUTION: A fluctuation amount to express the disorder of a pulse wave is calculated based on the short-term average value of pulse wave intervals to be calculated from the last several pulses of the pulse rate interval to be acquired and the previously acquired pulse wave intervals.
