PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation of an ionic metal compound which is improved in properties such as deliquescence, reducing power, oxidizing power and slight solubility in water, which are not desirable for the industrial use thereof and are inherent in the ionic metal compound, and to provide a method for preparing the preparation, and use thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided an association product of &alpha；-glycosyl &alpha；,&alpha；-trehalose with an ionic metal compound, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof.【課題】 潮解性、還元力、酸化力、水への難溶性などといった、工業的な利用の上で好ましくない、金属イオン化合物本来の性質が改善された金属イオン化合物の調製品とその製造方法ならびに用途を提供する。【解決手段】 α－グリコシルα，α－トレハロースと金属イオン化合物との会合物とその製造方法ならびに用途を提供することによって前記課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
