The present invention relates to new substituted tricyclic pyrazolopyrimidine compounds of formula (I-a) or (I-b), which possess antiviral activity, in particular, have an inhibitory activity against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) replication. The present invention further relates to the preparation of such novel compounds, compositions containing such compounds, as well as compounds for use in the treatment of infections caused by a respiratory syncytial virus.Настоящее изобретение относится к новым замещенным трициклическим пиразолопиримидиновым соединениям формулы (I-a) или (I-b), обладающим противовирусной активностью, в частности обладающим ингибирующей активностью в отношении репликации респираторно-синцитиального вируса (RSV). Настоящее изобретение дополнительно относится к получению таких новых соединений, композиций, содержащих такие соединения, а также к соединениям для применения при лечении инфекции, вызванной респираторно-синцитиальным вирусом.
