To provide a medical image diagnosis support apparatus that generates another kind of quantitative and enhanced images from the quantitative and enhanced images, even when a theoretical formula and a mathematical equation representing a relationship between the quantitative image and the enhanced image and another kind of quantitative image and enhanced image are not known.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnosis support apparatus receives 2 or more learning images generated about a first subject or a second subject, and 1 or more correct images generated about the second subject or a third subject. A synthetic parameter value is found in which a pixel value after the synthesis gets closer to the pixel value of the associated pixel of the correct image, when the pixel value of the associated pixels of 2 or more learning images is synthesized by using a synthetic parameter value. The same kind of images as the 2 or more learning images being the image generated about the first subject is received as an inspection object image.
