PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty treatment device capable of freely setting a design of the whole beauty treatment device without being restricted by a specific constitution.SOLUTION: The beauty treatment device includes a handle 12 formed by joining halved first and second handle pieces 14 and 15 at opening parts thereof. A pair of shafts 24 are penetrated into a through-hole 14a of the first handle piece 14, supported by a shaft holder 20 in the handle 12 and disposed in an inclined state so as to open free end sides thereof. A ball 29 is rotatably supported by the free ends of the respective shafts 24.
