The present invention may provide a smart mattress system which comprises: an air mattress capable of enabling pressure adjustment and pressure measurement of air pockets arranged in a plurality of rows and columns and divided into a plurality of zones； and a server capable of communicating with the air mattress. The air mattress further comprises: a pressure change amount calculating unit for calculating a pressure change amount in which pressures of the air pockets are changed； and a body type analysis unit for analyzing a weight of a user through the pressure change amount of the air pockets.
