The present invention relates to a bleaching composition containing, in order to maximize catalytic effects of photocatalytic substances and stability of hydrogen peroxide, a nonionic surfactant in addition to a composition consisting of a hydrogen peroxide-containing compound and titanium dioxide as the photocatalytic substance.
