<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planter whose seedling planting row position can simply be moved in the right or left direction of a vehicle body to facilitate planting conditions. ??<P>SOLUTION: In the seedling planter, bill arms 6 having seedling-planting bills 5 are disposed in a state capable of being rotated in the right or left direction around a vertical base shaft 4 on a planting base 3 attached between the tip end portions of a pair of vertically rotatable link arms 1, 2, thereby enabling to deviate a seedling-planting position. The planting base 3 is kept in a parallel state and lifted or lowered, and the seedling-planting bill 5 supported on the planting base 3 through the bill arm 6 is lifted or lowered to plant the seedling. When the seedling-planting position is changed, the bill arm 6 is rotated in the right or left direction around the base shaft 4 on the planting base 3.
