Preparatul conform invenţiei este constituit din 65...70% pulpă de porc, 2...4% slănină, 8...12% uleiuri vegetale, 4...8% merişoare deshidratate, 2...3% nucă, 1...2% proteină din lapte, 10...18% gheaţă, 1,4...1,8% amestec de sărare, 0,5...0,8% condimente naturale, precum şi aditivi uzuali, respectiv, antioxidanţi, preparatul având un conţinut de grăsimi totale de 9,6...12% şi o valoare energetică de maximum 199 Kcal/100 g produs.
