PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat sensor device using a conductive cloth which can be a sensor having flexibility over a wide area and with which a touched state and a loaded state can be identified by one sensor without adverse influences caused by noise.SOLUTION: The mat sensor device comprises a mat sensor 6 which is configured in a three-layer structure from an insulator cloth 2 which is provided as an insulator with a non-conductive cloth, and front-side and rear side conductive clothes 1 and 3 laminated on front and rear sides of the insulator cloth 2, and which is provided in a mat shape, carpet shape or a sheet shape of cloth by adding electric wires to the front-side and rear-side conductive clothes 1 and 3, respectively, and making them functional as a capacitor.
