PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery apparatus capable of recovering a locking means without relying on natural discharge.SOLUTION: A recovery apparatus recovers an internal organ-fixing tool having the locking member locked with the inner surfaces of internal organs and is equipped with a long body and the holding part provided on the leading end side of the body to hold the locking member. The holding part has a magnetic adsorbing means for magnetically adsorbing the locking member and a release preventing means for preventing the release of the locking member adsorbed on the magnetic adsorbing means. By this constitution, the locking means can be recovered without relying on natural discharge and the locking means can be certainly and rapidly taken out of the body. Further, since it is unnecessary to insert an endoscope or the like, the locking means can be simply taken out.
