The invention relates to medical devices, more particularly to surgical instrumentation, and for extracting foreign bodies having magnetic properties of the soft tissue by the magnetic field. The object of the proposed technical solution is to provide a surgical tool (scalpel) to allow foreign bodies having magnetic properties of the soft tissue by the magnetic field. The problem is solved that a scalpel, comprising a working part of the high-alloy steel with a pointed projection and the tapered side edge, mounted on the handle, to the side surface of the working part provided with a through hole in which is flush with the side surface of the fixed permanent magnet having a magnetic power of 33 to 53 MGauss-Oersted technical result of the utility model is expressed in a significant reduction in surgical trauma when extracting foreign bodies having their magnetic stvami from the patients body.
