PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when packaging shredded laver in small bags, conventionally, the postures of the shredded laver become uneven to make poor appearance, and also the shredded laver bite into a seal part to make the article incompatible as a packaged article.SOLUTION: A packaging device for packaging shredded laver includes: a laver slitter 3 for cutting laver A1 in a prescribed width； a supply alignment device 5 aligning and conveying each cut laver piece A2； a conveyance belt 7 conveying the laver pieces of the supply alignment device to a downstream side； a shredded laver cutter 6 thinly cutting the laver pieces in the width direction； an assemble mechanism 9 collecting the shredded laver cut with the shredded laver cutting machine 6 for bag filling while conveying with a sucking conveyor； and a packaging machine 11 filling and packaging the shredded laver collected with the assemble mechanism in packaging bags. The shredded laver cutter comprises a pair of cutting rollers 6A. The cutting rollers are excavated with a plurality of thin blades 6B thinly cutting the laver pieces in the width direction, and a non-cutting part 6C for forming a narrow uncut connection part connecting between the shredded laver is projected in the circumferential direction of the cutting roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】従来、刻み海苔を小袋に包装する際に刻み海苔の姿勢がバラバラになり、見栄えがよくないばかりでなく、刻み海苔がシール部に噛みこんで包装品として不適合になる。【解決手段】海苔Ａ１を所定幅に裁断する海苔スリッター３と、裁断された各海苔片Ａ２を整列搬送する供給整列装置５と、供給整列装置の海苔片を下流側に搬送する搬送ベルト７と、海苔片を幅方向に細く裁断する刻み海苔裁断機６と、刻み海苔裁断機６で裁断された刻み海苔を吸着搬送コンベアで搬送しつつ、袋充填のためにまとめるアセンブル機構９と、アセンブル機構でまとめた刻み海苔を包装袋に充填して包装する包装機１１とを備え、刻み海苔裁断機は、一対の裁断ローラ６Ａからなり、裁断ローラには、海苔片を幅方向に細く裁断する複数の細刃６Ｂが削設されると共に、裁断ローラの周方向に、刻み海苔間を連結する細幅の未裁断の連結部を形成するための未裁断部６Ｃが突設されている。【選択図】図４
