A pharmaceutical composition for treating fibromyalgia, comprising a combination of at least one component selected from the group consisting of gabapentin, pregabalin, an extract from inflamed rabbit skin tissue that has been vaccinated with vaccinia vaccine, clonazepam, milnacipran, paroxetine, amitriptyline, mianserin and their pharmacologically acceptable salts and pilocarpine or its pharmacologically acceptable salt. ! 6. A pharmaceutical composition for treating fibromyalgia, comprising pilocarpine or its pharmacologically acceptable salts as an active ingredient for treating a patient taking a composition comprising at least one component selected from the group consisting of gabapentin, pregabalin, an extract from inflamed skin tissue rabbits vaccinated with smallpox vaccine, clonazepam, milnacipran, paroxetine, amitriptyline, mianserin and their pharmacologically acceptable salts. ! 7.
