PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the performance of a device which is used in a respiration-synchronization type gas supply system.SOLUTION: The respiration-synchronization type gas supply system 1 supplies gas for respiration to a user by being synchronized with respiration of the user and is provided with: a flow rate sensor 2 which measures flow rate of the gas for respiration a control valve 3 which controls flow of the gas for respiration a setting means 4 for setting continuous flow of the gas for respiration and a respiration synchronization amount and a control means 9 for opening the control valve 3 from a time point when a respiration signal corresponding to a respiration state of the user is inputted, simultaneously starting calculation of the respiration synchronization amount of the gas for respiration, and closing the control valve 3 at a stage that the calculated respiration synchronization amount reaches a predetermined setting value set by the setting means 4. The control means 9 continuously controls the control valve 3 so that the continuous flow of the gas for respiration measured by the flow rate sensor 2 becomes the predetermined setting value by the setting means 4 while the control valve 3 is closed from the time point when the respiration signal is inputted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】呼吸同調型気体供給方式で使用される装置の性能を向上させる。【解決手段】使用者の呼吸と同調して呼吸用気体を使用者に供給する呼吸同調型気体供給システム1であって、呼吸用気体の流量を測定する流量センサ2と、呼吸用気体の流れを制御する制御弁3と、呼吸用気体の連続流及び呼吸同調量を設定する設定手段4と、使用者の呼吸状態に対応する呼吸信号が入力された時点から制御弁3を開放するとともに呼吸用気体の呼吸同調量の算出を開始し、算出した呼吸同調量が設定手段4で設定した所定設定値に到達した段階で制御弁3を閉止させる制御手段9と、を備える。制御手段9は、呼吸信号が入力された時点から制御弁3を閉止させるまでの間、流量センサ2で測定した呼吸用気体の連続流が設定手段4で設定した所定設定値になるように制御弁3を連続的に制御する。【選択図】図1
