The fishing line guide 60 is rotated forward when the fishing line is discharged so that the fishing line insertion through portion 60A stands in the up and down direction, and when the fishing line is wound up, the fishing line guide 60 rotates backward so that the fishing line insertion through portion 60A falls down.
