The heat sinks are respectively disposed on one side of the temperature control wafer opposite to the conductive unit, and the fans are respectively disposed on the heat sinks, the water inlet unit includes a water inlet pipe connected to the water inlet, and a connection is made a water pump and a pumping motor for pumping water, wherein the conductive walls are disposed opposite to each other in the first direction, and are respectively disposed on the temperature control wafers, so that the energy of the temperature control wafers is not dissipated when heated or cooled.
